Orders & production

How long does it take to receive my order?

Production takes 3–5 business days. Allow additional time for delivery, as shown on our Shipping page. You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.

Are the miniatures painted?

No. All miniatures are supplied unpainted unless the product page states otherwise. We include free beginner painting guides for many models.

Do the miniatures come with bases?

No. Miniatures are supplied without bases so you can choose the size and basing style that suits your game.

Are supports removed?

Yes. All models are fully cleaned with supports removed. Minor bumps or pitting from the printing supports may remain, so check the surface before priming and painting.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free UK shipping on orders of £45 and over. Other rates are calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently offer UK shipping only.

Returns & quality

What if my miniature arrives damaged?

Can I return something if I change my mind?

Unfortunately not – all miniatures are made to order specifically for you.

What scale and material are the miniatures?

Check each product page for its scale and size information. Many listings also include a comparison with a human-sized miniature at that scale. Our miniatures are 3D printed in high-detail ABS-like resin.

Are they compatible with my game system?

Many of our miniatures suit systems such as Dead Man’s Hand, Fistful of Lead, Rangers of Shadow Deep, and other 28mm historical, pulp, or wilderness games. Check the scale, base requirements, and individual product notes to choose a suitable model for your game.
